WCSO Announces DUI Checkpoints for December, 2015

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting DUI checkpoints for December, 2015 on the following dates:

Thursday, December 17, 2015   from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Goose Creek Bypass

Wednesday, December 23, 2015  from 8:00 p.m. t0 10:00 p.m.  U.S. Highway 431 

Saturday, December 26, 2015   from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.  U.S. Highway 31 South

Thursday, December 31, 2015  from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Wilson Pike 

Goose Creek Bypass connects Peytonsville Road in south Franklin with U.S. 31 in Thompson’s Station. Highway 431 is also known as Lewisburg Pike and runs from Franklin to Bethesda and Flat Creek. U.S. Highway 31 South connects Franklin with Thompson’s Station and Spring Hill. Wilson Pike runs from Brentwood to Arrington.

Drive carefully and be on the outlook for these checkpoints or roadblocks.  Be aware there will likely be additional members of law enforcement on patrol throughout the area looking for impaired drivers.
